Kyle, Owner

Kyle's passion for construction and repair began at a young age. Starting in early elementary school, you could find Kyle helping his dad and grandfather roof houses, repair homes, and work on small engines. This passion led Kyle to graduate from UNI with a degree in Manufacturing, Technology, Automation & Production. Throughout college, you could find Kyle pouring concrete and taking repair jobs on the side. Upon graduation, Kyle continued to work in the construction field by day while performing a full-time tractor repair position at John Deere by night. In 2015, he decided to leave John Deere to dedicate himself fully to his own construction business and Schultz Repair & Renovation, LLC was born. 

Kyle's team includes Luis Lopez (left) and Dan Claussen (right). Together, they serve clients throughout the Cedar Valley, ensuring timely and beautiful results.

Kyle lives in Cedar Falls with his wife Erica and their three daughters.
